Activities started early in the dinghy park this week with Nick running a short Refresher Training session for some of our members. Thanks Nick for your efforts which were highly appreciated by those who attended. We’re not sure when the next session will take place as none of the attendees will be here next week, but Nick has offered to continue the training when it’s appropriate.
We then had an energetic half hour humping a huge boat frame and moving lots of trailers around. Thanks to everyone who helped out with some muscle. The dinghy park is looking much tidier now.
Eventually we managed to launch our boats when the conditions on the sea were quite lively. Eight boats on the water this weekend four racing and four free sailing. Race results below:
